This policy explains how Shenzhen Xinhan Technology Co., Ltd., operating the XANVEO brand, handles information submitted through business inquiries and commercial communications.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, business email, company, country, telephone or WhatsApp number, product interests, estimated quantity and the project information you choose to provide.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond to requests, prepare samples or commercial proposals, assess product and customization requirements, manage follow-up and maintain business records.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell inquiry information. We may share relevant project details with contracted factories, logistics providers, professional advisers or technology service providers when reasonably necessary to evaluate or fulfil your request. We limit information to what is needed for that purpose.

International processing

XANVEO operates from Shenzhen, China and works with international customers. Information you submit may therefore be processed in China or in other countries used by our business service providers.

Retention and security

We retain business inquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the inquiry, commercial relationship, legal obligations and legitimate business records. We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission method is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete inquiry information, or ask us to stop sales follow-up. Some information may be retained where required for legal, fraud-prevention or transaction-record purposes.

Cookies, campaign parameters and optional measurement

The website and its hosting provider may receive basic technical information needed for security, delivery and performance. Inquiry links may include campaign source parameters and, where present, Google click identifiers such as gclid, gbraid or wbraid so we can understand which business channel generated an inquiry.

Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement are disabled by default. If XANVEO enables them for an approved campaign, the website will first ask for your optional analytics and advertising consent before loading those services. You can decline without affecting your ability to submit a business inquiry, and you can change that choice from the cookie notice.

When you submit an inquiry, we may retain the entry-page URL with permitted campaign parameters, the external referring site origin when supplied by your browser, and your optional answer about how you found us. Missing source evidence remains unknown. Clicking an email link is not a confirmed inquiry, and an incoming email alone does not establish its acquisition source.

A short-lived confirmation cookie links your browser to a successful submission. If optional measurement is enabled and accepted, an inquiry reference is used to prevent repeated conversion attempts; test inquiries are excluded. Measurement events exclude your name, email, phone, company and message.

We do not currently operate behavioural advertising or sell visitor profiles.
