T5 is a phone-connected AI translator that works with the AIGSM app. Confirm the compatible phone, current AIGSM workflow, branding, packaging, destination documents and delivery responsibility in one quotation before ordering.

Final price is subject to confirmation of current cost and production capacity.
Minimum logo charge USD 100 per order. A concept mockup is free within the same working day.

USD 99 including standard shipping to the UAE, Türkiye and Qatar. Other destinations are quoted separately.
Sample credit
Credit the fee in full against one order of 50+ units of the same model within 90 days of sample payment, limited to two samples per company.
Quality coverage
12 months for samples and 24 months for bulk orders from dispatch, for quality defects under the written order terms.

Which workflows can we test with a sample?
T5 works with a compatible phone and the AIGSM app. Test your required language pairs, phone fit, wireless connection, current app setup and intended working environment with the sample.
Does AIGSM require a subscription?
The current T5 AIGSM software is provided free of charge, with occasional updates. Confirm the current app version, phone compatibility, account conditions and included services with your sample. This is not a promise of lifetime access, unlimited services or permanent pricing.
What quantity and customization should we request?
Logo branding is available from 50 units. Share your volume requirement, artwork and packaging needs to receive a free same-working-day concept mockup. Quantity pricing, English materials and final customization scope are confirmed in the written quotation. Custom packaging does not automatically remove AIGSM branding or required traceability labels.
What is the T5 after-sales period?
An evaluation sample has 12 months of quality-defect replacement coverage from dispatch. A volume order has 24 months of hardware quality coverage. Assessment, remedy and shipping responsibility are set out in the order terms. Third-party apps and online services, including AIGSM, are not covered as hardware.
When can T5 ship?
Neutral-stock T5 samples dispatch within three days after cleared payment. International transit is usually three to seven days, but is not guaranteed and customs time can vary. Battery transport conditions and any artwork or packaging approval gates are confirmed in the order terms.
Can the T5 sample fee be credited to a volume order?
Yes. The sample fee can be credited in full when the same company places an order for 50 or more units of the same model within 90 days of sample payment. The credit is limited to two samples per company and can be used once.
Can we review certification documents?
Ask for the documents for your exact model and destination. We are checking the original files, model matching and applicable scope before making compliance commitments.
