No. Evaluate T90 as an aid for short face-to-face conversations, such as reception or exhibition enquiries. Use professional interpretation for specialist discussions or simultaneous conference interpretation.
Which languages and network options are included?
Request the current language list and online/offline scope for the exact T90 sample. Test your priority pairs and confirm the proposed Wi-Fi or 4G configuration, SIM requirements and destination compatibility. A connectivity label alone does not confirm local service.
What software and service conditions should we check?
Ask for the current service provider, supported regions, account setup, network requirements, any included allowance or subscription charges and data-handling terms. Confirm the selected package in writing before ordering.
Can the device and packaging carry our brand?

How are MOQ, price, dispatch and warranty confirmed?
Neutral-stock T90 samples dispatch within three days after cleared payment; transit is usually three to seven days but is not guaranteed. Sample replacement for quality defects is 12 months from dispatch and bulk replacement is 24 months. Third-party apps and online services are not covered as hardware.
Can the T90 sample fee be credited?
Yes. Within 90 days of sample payment, the sample fee can be credited in full against an order for at least 50 units of the same model. The credit is limited to two samples per company and can be used once.
Which documents should procurement review?
Request specifications and compliance documents matched to the proposed T90 model and destination. Confirm their scope before treating the device as compliant for your import or procurement requirements.
